I asked them to exchange least-fatty meat, later they offered a nice one.! Happy meal. Great service.!!

I love Ichiran, and it was one of the main things I looked forward to this time. I made all the same choices as usual, yet my ramen weren't even slightly spicy. I didn't see the usual spicy sauce on top when my order came either. Maybe there was a mistake, so I will definitely go again, but this shouldn't happen.

Famous ramen place in Fukuoka. You can customized your ramen ingredients too. Price will be on the higher side if your compare to those normal ramen shop.

Great food and private if you come alone. After visiting ichiran ramen i think all ramen i eat in my whole life is a lie.

Best ramen I've ever had, i love how you can choose the spiciness of your ramen. Everything was so perfect - the noodles were fresh and firm, broth was flavorful but not too strong, and the pork was nicely marinated and oh so tender, I'm not a big fan of pork fat so I usually give mine away but I ate everything in my ramen bowl. so yummy!

Less waiting line than in Osaka... Better thou

Honestly I shouldn’t have gotten the level 10 spicy but the flavor is still so amazing. And I really like the interesting bowl shape.

Ichiran ramen has been a favourite of mine for years. Nice soup that you can tailor to your preferences and a unique style of eating booth. This place is popular with tourists and my friends who visited it years ago still talk about it to this day.

Good as usual. Normal portion is good enough for late dinner.

Came here for a bite at 4am before my flight out. I'd say the quality was pretty good even at this ungodly hour.

So tasty ♨️ there's a vending machine you use to pay at the start before you're seated which was quite interesting to me :3 you can use it to pick your add-ons e.g. egg, seaweed. there's no egg in the basic ramen order FYI. sad. you can order more even after you're seated so all guud 🙃

Great chain ramen shop! You choose what you want at the ticket vending machine, then sit at an individualized booth where you fill out the order form and give the waitresses behind the curtain your order. Very fun! Not great for large groups as all seating is individual, but good for couples or solo travelers. Some of the best ramen I've had yet, and at a great price :)

Ichiran is the king of Hakata ramen, and its fame is well deserved. Each bowl of ramen is custom made to your taste, and you can enjoy it in your semi-private counter cubby. In my opinion, they have the best noodles (get it Fukuoka style: “Barikata” or very firm), and their broth is always rich in flavor. One difference in some of Fukuoka's locations is the signature rectangle box bowl. This is how it's served in locations like Tenjin's Nishidori.

Great shopping area and a way to take in the crowds and hustle and bustle of the city.

Amazing ramen, a place I'd always visit whenever I am craving for my ramen fix! They serve one of the best ramen and the ones in Fukuoka, especially in this place, isn't as crowded as those in Tokyo (for obvious reasons).A bit pricey (around 890 yen per bowl) for ramen standard in Fukuoka. But the taste is worth its price, and you can also customize how you want your ramen tastes like!

Very delicious, but waiting line is Soo long during lunchtime. Ramen is amazing though!!!!

It's really tasty Tonkotsu Ramen.Even Ramen shop, but eating space is private.So even some women who care about eating ramen, they do not need to worry.And also can concentrate on ramen.One of best ramen!

It’s a chain restaurant that began this town. This shop is different from the others due to the rectangular bowl. Still very delicious.

Wonderful experience, so very Japanese! If you're traveling as a tourist, don't miss this authentic experience. Tonkatsu broth could be just a bit more rich but when you serve so much ramen it is hard to make a rich bone broth if you can't keep simmering the bones for 5 or so days. Loved it though, so much fun!

Best ramen so far. Good thing is you can choose spiciness, broth thickness, noodle softness and etc. You can add by paying cash during eating.

You can sit alone. First get in side, order your food through device. And a clerk will guide you to one seat. If you order a ramen, tge clerk will give you a sheet of paper that can modify your plate in detail. After Wait about 5~6min you can get your food. Also you can add more things but I think only available cash(not sure)

Loved the whole experience, except I didn't know if I should ring the bell at the end to tell them I was done and it didn't seem like there was instructions posted anywhere, so I just left! I hope I didn't inconvenience anyone...

Had to go to an Ichiran before I left. This was the closest one to my hotel. Surprisingly, the ramen broth here is a bit different than the usual. Definitely like this one better than the usual.

Is the ramen chain store, when come to food Chai store mean don't expect the best, the unique of this restaurant is they served ramen in rectangle bowl only 2 in Fukuoka the other 1 is in canel city

It is a new experience to have ramen in a square bowl. The staff are very polite. Although the shop is small , the food quality doesn't disappoint us.

Uber famous ramen joint that is definitely on the list of things to experience when visiting Hakata.

If you haven't tried Ichiran yet this is one of the must tries. Place your order at the machine near the entrance and go to your seats. You will be given a paper to customize your ramen. You can choose the richness of the broth, if you want green onions, garlic, char siu pork, spice level, etc. All the options are free unless you're getting more than the standard amount and then it's noted.
